Legal issues found before Agreement at Sumadhura Essenza

I have finalized to buy an flat in Sumadhura Essenza. If anybody already bought in this project please help me with the these queries:
1,. Did the lawyer raise any comments, issues or problems about the titles or all the documents are fine and clear ?
2. I think this project has BBMP approval and several other approvals but not sure if there are any deviations ?
3. Any points would you suggest to be included in the agreement & any serious issues you are noticing already ?
