I am looking for a 3 BHK or a 2.5 BHK (~1500 sqft) within 70 lacs, having easy connectivity to Outer Ring Road (the stretch from Silk Board till KR Puram railway station). Preferred location – Devarabisanahalli, Marathalli, Doddanekundi, Mahadevpura. Should be within 1 km from ORR. Requirement is for self-use and not investment. Possession time can be anywhere between 0-2 years. I am fine with that.
