What is your opinion on this property from following aspects :

2) Quality review in general.

3) Appreciation expected in this area.

4) Connectivity & Locality.

5) Value for money.

6) Amenity and open area.

7) Is it worth considering for both the aspect : investment or self stay with 20% down payment and 80% loan ?
