I am planning to buy a 2 BHK in Purva Scarlet Terraces. Could some one be able to share the reviews on this property?

I heard there are some OC issues related to property. Is that correct? Also, what about the locality. From the reviews , i came to know that there is a slum in the area. Is it worth buying this proerty?
