Candeur rise in Varthur | Need Help

Hi,
I am planning to buy a 2BHK flat in Candeur Rise. But I m not sure about the builder’s credibility as they were a part of Adithya constructions before, who have a very bad name in the market. And after the split of Adithya into three. Candeur is one of them and it is there first project. Please suggest if I should go for it?

Coming to Quality of CANDEUR RISE, we appointed BHARANI Consultants as a PMC (Project Management Consultant) to supervise on Quality and Delivery.
This are the consultants who done PMC for Whitefield AWHO, Durga Rainbow and Durga Petals. We are following Seismic Zone – II construction standards, PROTHERMAL Bricks and many more.
Even we are using Branded Bricks and Branded Sand. Please do compare our quality with A+ grade builders only, because our standards are beyond your expectations.
