I had booked an apartment in Bangalore South and sent the documents for verification to my lawyer. Lawyer has observed that the name of the children of the seller in Sale Deed and Family Tree are different (Roney instead of Boney), though both the children have signed in the Sale Deed. What would be the possible problems due to this? If it advisable to go ahead with the registration?
