Any idea about current rates? I am interested but only if I can negotiate a better rate, not a good investment at current displayed rate.
Are they planing for phase 2? 188 units in 6.1 acres is low, all developers try to make it 80-100 per acre. so i am having some doubts on future phases.
The current base price is 8500/- and will be revised by May 1st week, there is very lil scope of negotiation on the top of this price, the near by competitors are quoting 11000-12000 per sq.ft (Prestige pine weed and G crop Residencies) with not a such premium specification, and not a such premium location (Considering 200 acers of Green police campus behind the Project and metro connectivity 5yrs down the line ) The total land parcel is 6.1 acres which includes commercial and residential (2.5 acers Commercial and 3.6 acers Residential ), total no of units is 291 and completion time in 2019 3rd quater.

You project raheja viveria which is located in koramangala construciton is stopped due to approvals not in place and some leagal issue. Now you plan to start this pebble bay. Today all the developes are having RERA number and you still do not have this. Everytime people check with you..the answer is this month or next month. Being a quality builder you are not able to get the RERA registered so it is really illegal to sell any project in pre-launch. So by encouraging people to book in pre-launh will be an offence. There is nothing like pre-launch in banglaore. Any further discussion with customers regarding pre-launch will be treated as an offence and i will raise a case against you..who is representing the company.

Current Pre launch price is 8200/- we are officially launching the project in Mid of August with much higher price. Check out the specification (Flooring, CP fixtures, Paint and other interior specification) I am sure you will not find any competitor who will provide such a premium specification. Seems a innovative mix..2 bhk substituted by 3 bed and 2 toilet…not sure what would be the response? Price seems high, but location seems to be prime..but a long commute for people working in east or north bangalore…
dont go by the brand..check all the papers and make sure they are genuine.
Location has been very nice and if we compare same CAT builder pricing is good. approvals are on place. as Mr. Shiva said group booking you can make some more better price.
