We bought an apartment there around May 2014, They still haven’t able to complete the project and neither able to execute sharing agreement. Few months back they send us email saying, they want to terminate the agreement as they are not able to execute sharing agreement. Which we agreed. Now after the termination they are not returning our money . They have given a cheque which has bounced. I’m really frustrated the way these guys are dealing and keep asking for more time. These guys are big time cheats and now they have blocked our numbers and they we are unable to reach them. Please help.
