Hi All !
I just Wanted to know that is this project good to settle down with? It seems very aloof with no neighbourhood.In how much time will this community become livable with a handfull of families living inside? I do not wish to just invest money bt also make use of the plot for construction of house and reside provided a good neighbouhood develops .

I am an owner of one plot here. Mine is in Phase 2 near the entrance. Varthur has witnessed good amount of development this year, so it may not be long when the place gets populated. Off late i have noticed some people started building houses. And in ours owners watsapp, many people will start constructing once the club house is completed.
Since i have bought the plot for an investment purpose few years back, i want to sell it now. It is a Gated Community, Fully developed, Full Developed with Tar Roads, Water, sewage connection and Parks and also BMRDA approved.
