Any reviews on Raja Housing – Ritz Avenue near Hoodi circle

Hi All,

Any reviews on the project Ritz avenue  by Raja Housing coming up near Hoodi circle.It is in Prelaunch right now, Any idea from howlong it was in prelaunch, heard from some of my friends that it was in prelaunch from over a year now..

any one booked a flat here.

Any reviews on the builder?

Also let me know the pros and cons of this project.

We are glad to announce the launch of our project Raja Ritz Avenue on 7th April, 2017. All the details are uploaded in the website: www.rajahousingltd.com. Please log on more details.

The it was pre-launched sometimes back, as a builder we took the decision to launch the project only after obtaining all required permissions from concerned Government authorities. The said project is now approved by BDA as well as BBMP.
