Devagiri Peals in Nallurahalli Road

Hi,

I recently saw a project called Devagiri Pearls in Nallurahalli Road, Siddapura, Whitefield. (300 mts from Shell Petrol pump on Kundanahalli Road ).

They are quoting Rs. 3999 per SFT. I think he will come down to Rs. 3700.

Does anybody have any info on this area ?

Is it a good area to book a flat here, in terms of livability, appreciation, etc.

Hi,

I am Shreenath. I personally like the locality because it has good connectivity to borewell road, kundanahalli gate. D-Mart is nearby and few shops are also nearby. It is an ideal location if you want to stick Whitefield. Traffic is high during the peak hours on the road. Otherwise, all is great. The main road is just 300mts away which makes it a great location.
