Mana Karmel Litigation

Am planning to buy an appartment in Mana Karmel. But I heard that the project is under litigation and the land belongs to the railways, ie, the land is railway property.

Based on my experience Debalina if you see more amenities are constructed near the railway side there may be some issues but if there is construction of apartments like building then the chances are less. Litigation can occur due to various reasons like title deed is not clear or the family history of the land is not perfect.
