“Another Sky” is a promising proposition. I have booked an apt there after doing lot of analysis:

– Location: proximity to tech parks like Manyata, RMZ Infinty, Bagmane and shopping districts like Indiranagar. Many other places I looked at had bad access or were far away from any wide road. That hampers emergency services like fire, ambulance etc. This is placed bang near ORR which makes it easily accessible whether you are using personal vehicle or public transport.

– Layout: Apartments are north-east facing. Layout is spacious and open. Big bedrooms and sit-outs.

– Quality of construction: Builder is using quality construction materials. I am not an expert on civil engineering by any yardstick but little things like porotherm bricks, large floor tiles etc do make a difference in cost of living. The construction and building team is a spin-off from Total Environment which is known to deliver quality housing.

– High-rise living: Since most of surrounding area is residential and occupied, it’s very unlikely in the near future that any other high-rise will hamper your view/sunlight.

– Noise/Pollution: This is one concern that I have as I see very little greenery in this area. But hopefully, builder can give us secluded green environs within the campus.

– Less amenities: I am not a big fan of the “number” of amenities given busy lives of Bangalore city dwellers. Lesser but well done amenities are more important. On that front, the club-house promises enough.

– Cost: It is definitely priced steep considering that builder is new to the scene and density of the project (3 18 floor towers in a small land area). But other benefits and overall pace and interaction with the marketing team would make you think it’s money well spent.
