Once i went to this prestige technostar (Graphite india Road) 8th August 2019 …..the security of this company misbehaved me and he used to scolded in a bad words….that much of bad words he is used …..is this the way prestige group trained ur securities……i don’t know y prestige group appreciating this kind of people….

Anyone invested in Prestige Technostar? Do you get specific area or virtual area? What is expected rental per month?
Yes i invested. As per our share, Prestige will mention building and floor number. But within a floor it is undivided share with virtual numbering.
This is fine because full floor is rented to a company and we will get rent as per our share.
Also resale is also not a problem as there is a numbering.
Expected rent is 50 per sft
Is the expected rent after prestige cut and maintainance fees? As that could make a difference…
Maintainance is paid by tenant and Rs. 50 psft is approx. in hand for the investor.
Ofcourse 10% TDS will be deducted by prestige.
