Has any one booked a flat in Kumari Amaranthine.
Any feedback on their reliability, quality and delay.
Any feedback on the locality (next to gear interior school).
How about the water facility there?
Did the builder provide A khata and OC for his previous projects.
When is the project expected to be started.

The land is about 1 acre 5 gunta, and number of flats 108. Meaning too crowded.

Amaranthine is a green building with solar water plants and all those stuff. the locality is quite good, it has 8 floors with 99 apartments since they have recently launched they are offering very competitive price atleast for a green home its affordable. i have booked an apartment on second floor. on the contrary i did not find it crowded at all compared to other properties on the same area.
