Looking for Apartment for purchase in Electonic city, Sarjapur Road, Bommanahalli, ORR, HSR layout, Kormanagla, Whitefield Areas in Bangalore
Dear All,
I am an IT professional and looking for 3BHK Premium Apartment for my own use, and currently confused with the plethora of properties in areas like Electronic city (Ph 1), Sarjapur Road, HSR Layout, Kormangala, Old Airport Road, Bommanahalli and Whitefield.
Need some recommendations regarding Please rank above area for residential purpose and second, what all projects in budget upto 75 lakhs should I look at?
Criteria:
1. Connectivity (BMTC & proposed Metro )
2. Livability (Hospitals, Clinics, Schools, Restaurants, Market, Malls and Offices)
3. Amenities (Garden Area, Badminton, Basketball, Squash Court, Tennis court, Banquet Hall, Swimming Pool)
4. Project Size (max. 375 flats proj)
5. Project Design: Privacy , not bedroom windows facing balconies or other flat windows and ventilation.
5. Location: Not far from Main road , 50 feet approach road.
I have been to some properties like but could not decide for reason mentioned below:
1. SNN Raj Green Bay: could not decide becoz it is right in mid of industrial area so not very convinced about how well the neighborhood will grow.
2. Bren Edgewater/Imperia : 1. Recent lake (SWD) encroachment news about this builder frightens me to go ahead. 2. Much far from Kasavanahalli/Harlur Road towards lake. one has to walk much to reach main road.
3. Sriram Summit : Too many flats and not convinced with their Quality.
4. Ajmera Stonepark: Not all amenities and recent tussle around Ajmera infinity between Builder and residents over Annex and willow project .
5. Samudhra Silver Ripples: Not satisfied with Approach road and Project design.
6. SNN Raj Grandeur : yet to visit…any opinions about its locality, approach road, encroachment, any issues ?

I have booked in SNN Raj Grandeur, Bommanahalli. It has 365 units in 4.5 Acres of area. The amenities provided are great and it is 2km from Silkboard . Locality wise it is crowded always and you get everything nearby. A new tar road is laid from the petrol pump till Grandeur. The road widening is also in proposal, but not sure on when it would happen. You can go ahead and have a visit at the project and model flat.
