Hi Nitin,
As all other projects of Amigo shelters/EAPL (Sri Sai xyz) this one too is pathetic. The builder is a 3rd class gunda. The construction quality is really bad. Better to stay away from this builder.
I am staying in Sri Sai Acropolis (from the same builders) and the situation pathetic here.
1. Construction quality is like: the doors of my flat is coming out of the wall
2. The plastering has started falling off in less than 2 years
3. When it rains, the parking area becomes a pool of water, and sticks like hell
4. Sometimes when you close/open the window slider, the whole window falls to the ground
5. Due to bad work done by the builders the maintenance has gone up to 7 to 8K per month.
I can keep writing about the mess that this builder has done to our apartment.
