Feedback needed on saiven-caesars-palace (Sarjapur Road) and on Daiwik Sparsh (Varthur)

I am looking for more details like project quality, builder reputation, etc for saiven-caesars-palace (Sarjapur Road) and for Daiwik Sparsh (Varthur) projects.

Any inputs /feedback on these projects will be helpful.

daiwik builders are quite good, they are reputed for delivering on time with quality. one of my friend bought a villa at their project in  white field at a competitive price and he is satisfied. also they have villas  in sarjapur road too.
