I am planning to book a 3bhk 1585sqft in Adithya serene?

Is the construction as per standard? Are there any issues in construction?Its is costing around 65lk.  Is it worth the money?

I have read some reviews and it does not sound a good deal to me? If anyone has booked a flat can you please let me know the feedback of the builder and construction?
