Hi,
Did any one booked in splendid elite, i have visited last week
my observations are
1) no proper road, it only one side open
2) no water, depends on tanker water
3) we met with existing customer , seems no one is happy as some issue with builder and customers
4) seems some legal issues
please let us know if any one completed legal

you mentioned “we met with existing customer , seems no one is happy as some issue with builder and customers”. This is false statement. We do not have any problems with Elite customers. If any of your friends or colleagues are in elite, whom you met are having problems with the project. Please tell them to contact and get all the issue resolved.
