Hi did anyone book apartment at Habitat iluminar, they are quoting 4270 /sqft, near by RV college bangalore, is that a trusted it is near proposed metro station.

Yes, I have booked a 2 BHK at Habitat Iluminar.
It is around 800 meters from R.V College, on the left hand side of mysore road.
Opposite BDA Complex on the same road at right side.
The project is totally having 412 units with 5 acres or 10 towers each ground + 11
Estimated completion by August 2019.
