I am planning to buy a 2BHK flat and received from friends circle regarding a apartment in NG Gladstone Elite.

The construction is in progress and will take another 1 year to complete. The builder is quoting a price of 4850/sq.ft

How is this builder and any reviews on the apartment?

I have read in another forum regarding the same builder(ND Sepal, ND Passion etc.) and the comments are not positive.
