I am planning to purchase a flat in golden panorama from golden gate properties.

Visited the site recently plans look good but have doubt that project is getting delayed.

Builder is keeping construction cost fixed irrespective of any price negotiation and interns have huge margin in terms of VAT service tax and adding lot of hidden costs in this.

Currently ready to negotiate at 4000 per sqft and 1225sqft is coming around 64L + registration.

Can you suggest how is builder and I am having huge concern over project delay.

any suggestion to go for this or not??
