Hi,

I am considering to buy 2 BHK in Suraksha Landmark from Builder Sai Associates. He is quoting 4600 per sft  and all inclusive it it is coming around 5800 per sft. I liked the location but the cost quoting is more compared to other B grade builders.

My questions are:

1. Marketing guy is saying they will provide OC, A-Khata. How much trust worthy is this builder considering quality, OC and A-khata.
2. What is the cost in that area
3. Building is ready to occupy from last 8 months but still 40% of flats are still available for sale? Are there any known issue with the builder / building quality
4. Any one booked flat there?
