Has anyone booked a plot or villa under the Mana Foliage project? Could you please provide your feedback on the overall project as well as details on the following points:

1.  Is the land price of INR 2,200 per square feet exorbitant for the area?
2. Need feedback on the general quality of construction for projects completed by Mana Builders
3. Does the project location fall under the Bangalore municipal corporation jurisdiction or under a gram panchayat?
4. Is this a low lying area prone to flooding?
5. Any other pertinent information about the Mana Foliage project specifically as well as the builder.
6. Will this area see significant cost appreciation over the next five years?

Would appreciate any information that you can provide.
