Can Hi-tech purpose land be used for residential project
Hi,
I am planning to book a flat in BVS Pinnacle which is in Panathur Road, Kadubisanhalli. After verifying with lawyer, I came to know that land has been taken for Hi-Tech purpose(Industrial). So afteching checking with Builder, they are telling that if land is less than an acre and the road is less than 12m, then it Hi Tech land can be used as residential. I also checked on zonal regulations on BBMP govt site.

The size of the plot is 0.5 acre and road might be less than 12m. Please let me know your view on this. Should I go ahead with this?

Yes. It can be used for residential purpose. But do check 12 M Road before you decide. Because Apartment is .
not on edge of main road(Bit Inside) and there is a road which goes adjacent/parallel to the building
Did the lawyer say anything else like if this building fallsĀ in SWD/Rajakaluve etc….
