I plan to buy a flat in G Corp – The South Icon which is located in Banashankari 3rd stage. I wanted to know from you about the builder and also there is vrushabavathi river which flows very close to the project site. Will this be a problem for the flat owners ? Is it ok to construct the building very close to the river ? How do I know that it is not encroached ?
