I’am looking forward to buy any A khatha property. I have seen lot of projects, but everyone saying the property is A khata and after transfer i”ll get only B khatha. If any suggetion pls let me know. My budget is within 75 lakh and ready to move in projects. If any one had any experience with favourite elegance and siroya sunshine. Pls let me know.
