Easy Buying (SNN RAJ GREENBAY) v/s stretched Buying (Prestige Kew Gardens)

Am confused between 2 Projects after deep research. Please help
My Budget – 70 Lakhs (Easy ) – 100 Lakhs (at most streched)
SNN RAJ GREENBAY

- I Like the project.
- Affordability
- Near to upcoming Metro and near to PRR (if it comes in future)

- Afraid of SNN. Not a CAT A builder
PRESTIGE KEW GARDEN

- Brand Name and Trust
- Location

- PRICE – its my maximum stretch
- IF quality is not delivered, I am gone.
Can i take risk of SNN ? if no than i will surely go for KEW gardens
But if risk with SNN is worth taking, i will take the risk.

i am assuming if you are investing in this market, then it is for self use and not investment.
given that, and between the two projects i would go for prestige @ yemlur as i find a bit better mainly because it is easily commutable from both outer ring road and to an extent itpl where most of the companies are.
with electronic city, the distances and price i dont feel justify the return as even with the ppr as the distance to orr does not change much, though the itpl commute does become easier. (and we dont even know when ppr will be a reality)
