Paranjape Windfields project near Yemalur – Need some realistic review on this project and does it have all legal approvals in place? (Land, CC, OC, A Khata, etc.). Is it worth investing in this project for end-use? They are advertising mid-2017 as possession.

Hi Parthasarathy,

I have been checking this project for sometime now. The builder promises the documents but I do not have completed details. It is worth investing only if they provide all the documents.
