Hi,
We are planning to buy at woodshire emerson park. Much of the reviews are not available since this is the builders first venture in bangalore. Can anyone help with some reviews on this property? Is it worth buying? Is there any risk associated with row houses compared to villas?

Apologies for the delay in response. As you stated the builder doesn’t have much of an online presence and hence owners are also not active on the internet to help people like you with your queries.
We have purchased a house in Woodshire Emerson park about a year back and till date the project looks to be heading in the right direction.
Since this is a delayed response, may I ask if you went ahead and made the purchase? I was trying to form a owners group for all of us to discuss our problems/ ideas about the project and also to get to know each other better.

have recently visited woodshire and I liked the project but seems expensive for a rowhouse.
For premium row house quoted price is 1.35 cr which seems fairly high as villas are around the same price.
Can any existing owner share insights?
