Hi, I am planning to but site in BEML Layout (BMRDA Approved) in Sarjapura-Attibele road. I would like to know there is any Raja Kaluve or lake bed or SC/ST land. Also I would like to know the whether it maskes sense to buy in this layout, any legal dsputes?
