As tough as the subject of this question might look like, I am eager to know about the factors that may affect a buyer’s choice for this property. I am planning to buy a 3BHK here, but i am concerned with a lot of reviews that i have read across online portals regarding the poor management by the builder, no cooperation for the owners, no water facilities, etc.

Can someone help me clarify these doubts?
