We have a property measuring 20 guntas in the subjected Survey number. We see there is a kind of drain that passes beside our property in our survey number.

Could you please help me understand what type of kaluvey it is and if any construction is planned how many meters we have leave as buffer zone as per bbmp/bda/ngt regulations.
