Confident Leo or Uber Verdanr

Hi All,
I was looking to buy a ready to move in apartment in or around Sarjapur road. I came across few such as Uber Verdant, Confident Leo, BSR Gitaaar and Samruddhi Winter Green. It seems all have positives and negatives, and none of these have cauvery water connection and all are dependent on borewell.
I would like some expert opinion or comparison on Uber Verdant and Confident Leo. Uber Verdant is quoting a much higher price (INR 5700 per sq. ft. before any negotiation) than Confident Leo (around INR 5000 per sq. ft. before any negotiation). Anybody has booked in either of these apartments? or expert can let me know which would be better for moving in?

Did you book one? Uber or Leo?

Hi Kushagra,
No I didn’t book in either of the two. For me both are quite far from developments. By developments I mean groceries and other day to day needs. I visited this place (Uber verdant and confident leo) in the day time and at night and they just dont have any basic amenities shops in front of them. To get even a packet of milk or bread you have to walk all way to DSR woodwinds at least. So i was not ok with that.
I am in touch with a real estate agent to get a 2 bhk in SJR watermark now. Only few builder apartments are left, while many landowner apartments are left. Price is on the higher side (above Rs.6000 per sq.ft). But the location is good and big bazar, another hypermarket and nandini milk parlor all are within walking distance.
