I’m looking to buy property around horamavu. Came across SVS TrendSquare precioso. Project looked good. It is also registered under RERA. However I came across bad reviews about the builder.

I visited SVS windgates, horamavu just to look around. Project looked fine. However I haven’t spoken to any resident. Other SVS projects like SVS Patel’s callisto, SVS ananda nilayam have got decent reviews on google.

How is the builder doing recently? Any reviews from actual flat owner will help me a lot in making my decision.
