Dear sir,
I am planning to buy a 30*50 plot in the Skanda avani project. I would like to know if it is a better investment and also how trustworthy the project is (considering the rajkalve and the near by lake).

This is a gated layout and near to hadosiddapura lake. This project is about 23 acres and only consists of plots. (No villas)
