Provident Housing has announced the pre-launch of their new affordable housing apartment project called Provident Park Square. The project located at Kanakapura Road will offer residential apartments in 1, 2 and 3 BHK configuration spread across ~20 acres with the Phase 1 being developed as 6 towers of Basement+Ground+14 floors. Further phases of the project will bring the total towers to 22 and will also house a mini mall.

Considering the project location, Specs & Brand Value it’s worth investing.
Looks like the project is not going to complete anytime soon. The promised possession date of Oct 2021 seems doubtful. Not even sure at this point if this will be delivered even after 6-9 months of delay. It appears to be a loss for home buyers whoever has bought this property with bank loans due to additional interest plus the ongoing rental to be paid.
I am lucky that I pulled out at last moment.
My friend had booked property on 26th March, 2018 and he has been chasing relationship manager and higher authority for possession date confirmation, but none of them responding!!
Is there any allottees association in this project . I have booked a flat one year ago.i have not recieved allotment letter . Directly they did agreement . I am frequently asking for the commencement letter for phase 5 .but they are not producing.has anyone booked a flat in provident park square 5.

One of the worst builders. i cancelled my booking as soon as i got to know the total price of flat will be much more than what they say. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED MY BOOKING AMOUNT. THEY NEVER REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS. THEY WONT PICK PHONE CALLS EITHER. EVEN IF THEY PICK WHAT EVER THEY SAY WONT COME OUT ON EMAIL AND MAKE US RUN BEHIND THEM. GO WITH THIS PROVIDENT IF YOU ARE REALLY IN HOPELESS SITUATION.

Dear friends , Provident park square is puravankara project the best for investment purpose. Now price is going up day by day. all most first slot booking is over where there is no car park charges and some other charges are not applicable. 2018 oct is the completion time that the we can expect 2X of the sale value.
Dont know what you are smoking ….With current property glut ….don’t expect any appreciation .
Completion in 2018 oct !!! or starting the project in 2018 oct. Anything between 30 and under 50 lakhs by a branded developer will sell. you will realize appreciation only in long terms of 10 years. Short term will not fetch you any appreciation in real estate in the present market scenario.
