Hi, I am looking for a flat in DS MAX Sparkle nest k Narayanpura, near hennur, they have given all the documents except OC. wheneever i ask for it, they do not respond or they just say you will get after possession. As per my understanding, it is for entire building and not for just one flat. those who have already bought a flat in sparkle next, please advise me on this. Thanks
