I am planning to buy a flat (2BHK-1262sqft) in Mahaveer Maple (Near to kundanahalliGate) for 72lakhs excluding Registration Charges (Approx 4.7lakhs). So please suggest, with this price wrt quality of constructions or High Tension wire, shall I need to proceed further or drop the plan. Also please suggest any good quality builders near around Kundanahalli Gate or near to ITPL.
