I am planing to purchase an individual house in marathalli with Survey No 5/3, Marthalli village, Varthur-I Hobli, Bangalore East. Google map location link is below.

On the south side of the house there is a drainage of 6feet which connects to main Rajakaluve. However in the google map or the BBMP rajakluve list this drainage was mentioned. Please let me know is this house comes in the Buffer zone?

This layout was approved long back from HAL sanitary Board and katha also initially issued by HAL board. Vendor payed the betterment charges and got the BBMP ‘A’ Katha.
