I have paid a visit to Shriram Sameeksha and I like the built and floor plan, even though it is bit outskirts. Do you guys have any more information about the project. I think it got delayed and now I can see families and started living. Now only landowner share is available and sqf 4400 (negotiable). But have any idea that area what is the min price I need to start negotiating ? And for car parking they are asking 3L blindly more over they have GST as they didn’t received OC . As per them they will get it soon in a month. 1260sqf asking price including registration 65L. But I feel that area current situation it is high.
