Hi, We are interested in buying a 3 BHK in NR Windgates but also worried about the builder, construction quality and specially legals. It will be great help if I can get some inputs from you guys. Did any one went for legal verification of land, OC eligibility etc ? Any comments on construction quality and the builder/project overall ?
