I have identified a plot for Purchase in Byatarayanpura Constituency , Singapura Opposite to Shriram Sameeksha Apartment. The Survey Number is 66 and Site Number is 234. Survey Number 66 is marked for Encroachment but only certain portions and iam not sure if the site comes within Scope of Encroachment.

Need to get this verified by a BBMP Engineer . Have validated all other documents by Real Estate Advocate and found it clear.

There are already houses constructed and Rajakaluve is also complete and Walls built and the Site which i have identified is 5 plots after the Rajakaluve Wall i.e. around 25 to 30 meters from Rajakaluve Wall.

How do i confirm this ? Can i go ahead and buy this plot?

Need a verified advise. If needed i am ready for a paid Service to verify this. Kindly Help.
