Nvr sun pearl, Kadugodi review requested

Hi, I am interested in purchasing a flat in Nvr sun pearl, Kadugodi. The project suits my budget but I have not heard of the developer and I have no proper Reviews. Although the project is Rera approved, has A Khata, Oc and Cc certificates. Could you please help me understand if it is a good project for purchase.

I bought a 3 bhk in it
I have verified legally and found all the documents are clear
So it will get OC and CC after completion
As it is Rera approved according to RERA rule project also likely to be handed over in time
Wheather it is good or bad it can be said after few years of completion
The developer is previously doing projects with SLV constructions and now both are separated .
SLV Sungroove appatment which is in front of this also made by the same builder

I am also exploring some flats in the area – NVR sun pearl seems to be afforable at this time.
Do you have an idea when will they be giving possession?
Also, as you have already booked – any idea of “all inclusive price” (tax, PLC, car parking all that jazz, GST, registration included) for a 2bhk 1000 sqft, 3bhk 1350 sqft?
