Brigade is a big cheat, better to go with builders like Nagarjuna, at least they listen and resolve issues after selling flats.
Brigade hides details like legal issues and handover incomplete projects – like Brigade Lakefront.
There are lot of things which they never talk during flat sale. The most basic thing is Car parking. They assign nice car parking to landowner or few selected residents. There are few car park which can’t even house a SUV or allow you to open a door will get assigned for which you end up paying upto 3.5 lacs.
Their Customer service plays a role of deaf once your registration is over
Think before investing your hard earned money in Brigade.

NOPE..Prices will come down ..The average price we can pay is 3500 rs..thats all. If the builder say 5k or 6k..let them wait for few more years and double it to get 10k

Builder will maintain the society and maint charges can be high. DUring festivals he will decorate and ask tenants to pay. He wdnt mind spending to maintain as tenants are paying.
