Which Project of Apna Sapna are you referring to? If its just for investment then I would not look for any on Hosur road after Chandapura circle. There has hardly been any appreciation in the prices over the last 4 years

Thanks for your response. I am looking in Apna Sapna PC Paradise and Upkar SpringField. Both are close to Chandapura circle.

I am looking for investment. Though there has not been any appriciation in last 4 years, but I just heard news that Metro phase 2 has got approval for connectivity till Bmasandra(Electronic city). And if this is true then then this area might see good appreciation. The projects around Chandapura has good road connectivity.

Please share your thought on PC Paradise and Upkar SpringField.

Upkar Springfield should be a better choice as its closer to Hosur Road, PC Paradise I believe is right adjacent to Attibele Industrial Area, there have been issues of water contamination in the surroundings.

Thanks again for your valuable response. Can you please suggest few good residential projects around Hosur road, Sarjapur Road or Old Madras road. My budget is about 15 lakh for 30*40 plot.
