I had visited this project ‘Orchid Enclave’ about a year ago, also looked at Galaxy Orchid Park on the same road. Galaxy Orchid Park was completed before this project was launched and you can take a look there and maybe talk to residents there and get their feedback. Quality wise the Orchid Park project looked OK to me.

Thanks Harsha… I visited the project today. I found the apartments to be spacious and good. They have both a model flat as well as an “actual flat”. The completion date is July 2012

I just visted the site today. The developer is asking for a rate of 3700 per sq ft now non-negotiable(for 3 BHK) and negotiable for 2 BHK. Seems kind of funny to me. Not sure of the possession date,may be December 2012.
