I am considering investing in the project. Following are my reasons:
– Adarsh is a good builder, has built really good villas in the past. Construction for the villas in Serenity have good reviews as well.
– Land prices in this area are still cheaper leading to better prices.

Things i am looking for feedback on:
– Given that Adarsh is charging closer to 3K/sqft for the land here, is this a value for the money?
– Are there equally good other options elsewhere in whitefield that i should consider?
