Hi i wanted to share some details about Artha Reviera.It is present in chandrapura,near electronic city.This is a good deal for me.I have booked Fabian silver.It is priced at Rs.75 lakhs.Builtup area is approx 1700 sqft.I like sports and games very much and they are providing lots of sports facilities like squash,cricket pitch,billiards,chess,jacuzzi etc.apart from that their is private parking space. and several ameties.There is open balcony where one can relax and have gossip ! . Their service is good and hope i will get the villa in another 1 year.So its good choice for villa searchers.

@ sandeep…The customer service is fine.They have helped from the inception when i booked the flat.I went to the office,they gave ample amount of time to me for several paper works and formalities.After projects got started,i got updates through emails and any confusions were answered.So customer service is good enough.

Yes ajay,i have booked a villa in Artha Citrine.I have booked a 1BHK villa of 495 sqft.I have booked it for investment purpose because the area is in developing phase and there are number of projects are coming in nearby area so the property prices are definitely going to rise.Coming to property price it is very cheap at 12 lacs rupees.2bhks are already sold out and 1bhks are also filling fast.The construction work is fine and i didnt found any flaws in customer service. so you can go for it.

I visited Citrine on Dec 17. I was impressed with the near by development. I saw around 10 projects in this area. Compared all & decided to invest in this property & Booked 2 Villaments.
Reasons:
– Superb roads (specially nice driving exp)
– Fast development
– More than 20 projects on this areas (it means roughly 4000+ houses to come -combining all small/big projects)
– 10 K.m. toll bridge to Avoid traffic (it took around 20-25 mins to reach Silk board from Citrine)
– Metro is there in phase 2 plan
– 45% open area (around 90 Villas in this project)
Over all- Value for money keeping in mind future growth.
@ Shreya how come you book in 2011 and 2014 đŸ™‚ And number of projects around the area reduced from 20 to 10? See exactly similar comments below guys!

Actually Kapoor booked 2 villaments and sold those to Shreya.
While selling the property he transferred the copy rights on the comments also.

I have visited the site on the 15th Jan. And i have booked two of the villas. What makes me get impressed is 45% of property is an open where you have parks,the club house , the swimming pool located. Right Project one could actually invest with. No one would face any sort of an issue here.
Mayur Pride, villas in Surya city phase II is good to invest it has all amenities, have anybody visited the place. Developer is Mayur Developers. Prices are 67 lakhs and 78 lakhs. It is all 3 BHK villas. Please comment

Hi, I spoke to some of my friends. They say that the builder has promised to give buses for commuting. Is it true?
I didn’t seen any buses on site. If he is serious about this then he should show us the buses.
This will give us the confidence in the builder.

If they promised to run buses, they will do after possession, why now.

i hav bkd two apartments…Price is good but here are some concerns.
Cons
1. Commuting to city. Autos are very rare. Few BMTC services are plying on the Attibele Anekkal route. People who are working in Electronic city are fine.
2. Shopping experience is less. I dont think artha is providing any shopping mall and supermarket with in.
3. Schooling and Hospitals are less.
4, Its a duplex style villaments. However the total square feet (excluding the car parking) seems to be average.
5. Investment future is not so good in the area.
Pros.
1. Back to nature atomosphere. Full of agriculture area.
2. Can be taken as a holiday house.
3. I dont know anything else

i suppose price too good. ppl working nearby 5-10 km should buy and stay here. so u shall actually have an experience of stayuing in Forest without all pains of Forest. You will have few neighbours as well đŸ™‚ . future development of area is too uncertain and will be at a < moderate rate

i visited on Dec 17 & booked 2 villas. Looks good to me. There r total 90 villas. 45% is open area for park, gym, club house, swimming poo etc. Nice connectivity.
